Ellis Creek Farm, New Zealand
Ellis Creek Farm aims to grow high quality food in an environmentally sustainable and ethical manner. Our animals are raised on spray free regeneratively managed pasture on our farm in the hills overlooking beautiful Golden Bay. We have built a micro-abattoir so all our animals are killed on the farm in a low stress environment without long distance transportation. We sell direct from our farm to customers throughout the South Island (it is possible to courier boxes to the North Island but that is much more expensive at the moment).

Korte Acres
Pastured soy-free pork from the Gloucestershire Old Spot breed. Help us preserve this critically endangered pig - eat the bacon to save the bacon! Pigs are on pasture their entire lives, raised in family groups, and are fed certified organic corn, barley & wheat and some recycled distillers grain (wheat). No soy! Fassona
At Fassona Beef I believe in providing our customers with wholesome, healthy and delicious beef. Fassona Beef is a family farm. We are not certified organic, but we use no antibiotics or hormones on our animals. Our animals are fed according to the traditional Piemontese diet I have learned from my grandfather and other breeder friends. Piemontese or Fassona is a double muscled breed, which allows for a less fatty carcass, with more tender, yet fat free meat. In cooking it should be treated gently.
