Aakandegaard
We operate a small regenerative farm and sell our produce locally. Our chickens are moved to fresh pasture daily and fed only whole grains and seeds—no processed feed or soy—resulting in the best, tastiest eggs available. Starting in 2027, we will also offer 100% grass-fed beef from cattle raised on rotationally grazed pastures. Additionally, we provide a select range of high-quality products, such as tallow balm.

We are family owned and operated small meat operation. We grow, source and ship mostly beef nationwide. It’s grass fed and finished. We ship from October through May every year. Pre-orders are always available during non-shipping months. We also sell tallow products such as grass fed tallow balm, soap, deodorants and more! Goat meat is also available upon request. ZK Ranches
At ZK Ranches, we take pride in raising premium, pasture-raised meats with a commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical ranching. Founded in 2012 by sixth-generation cattle rancher Zach Knowles, our Tennessee-based operation delivers hormone-free, grass-fed, and grain-finished beef directly to consumers. We own and operate our own USDA processing facility so everything is done in house, by our team. In 2018, Zach’s wife, Lyndi Adler-Knowles, joined the ranch, bringing her management expertise and 15+ years of horse and cattle ranching experience. Together, we oversee every step of the process—from raising and caring for our animals to harvesting and butchering—ensuring the highest standards of quality, flavor, and animal welfare.

Vintage Farms
Here at Vintage Farms, we believe in natural farming to achieve exceptional food. Shade trees & lush, pastures (organic & pesticide free), outdoor day roosts & rest areas, access to clean & always fresh water, lots of space to socialize during the daily dust bath, plenty of sunshine, and fresh air keep our flock happy and healthy. The nutritious diet of insects, bugs, grass & greens, plus the occasional frog, provides everything a laying hen needs. 24/7 access to supplemental calcium and organic, non-GMO feed ensures that during times when natural resources are less available, our hens have what they need. We never force our hens to lay eggs. No artificial light, hormones, vaccines of any kind etc., have a place on our farm. We never cull young hens at 12 months, or de-beak them! Many commercial and natural egg producers provide artificial light to increase productivity, cull to prevent a productivity dip when hens molt, and de-beak chickens to “prevent injury”. We believe all of this is cruelty towards chickens and has no place on our farm, our hens are allowed a fully natural chicken life; just as nature intended.

Founded by Texas Slim after returning from harvest where he went undercover working for a multinational grain company.
