About us and our products

Idle Wind Farms operates near Union, MO raising Red Angus, Red Angus crossed with Akaushi Wagyu & full blood Akaushi Wagyu beef. We also grow and raise Heritage Berkshire pork. Our farm has operated on the northern Ozark hills since 1872 celebrating over 150 years on the land. We provide Delievery to about 50 miles from our operation. We also have pick up points and provide whole, half, quater of beef. Whole and half hogs. We also sell individual cuts and a few bundles.
